Maracas Bay Trinidad Port of Spain
We at T7 Images had the task of shooting over 3 days at a beach area known as Maracas Bay of Trinidad.
The word magnificent comes to mind as one must certainly contemplate it’s beauty, after seeing it.
About an hour depending on traffic from Port of Spain, Maracas Bay is a real stunner, and like finding treasure Island.
The Mountain road twist, and hairpin turns up miles though the tropical rain forest, and then we got the first glimpses down onto the beach, where the ocean was a clear, blue green, breath-taking look into nirvana. Once there we meant Richard, of the Famous Richard’s Bake and Shark....... One word Great !!!
Bake and shark piled mile high with tamarind sauce, peppers, shredded greens, shadon benni, plus pineapple chow, pure deliciousness That was worth the shoot time alone along with a super cold CarIb to follow up that, double of Bake.
I talked with Richard and then captured him in action as the line for his bake was out to the road. The Beach has a number of other Bake & shark stalls and other tasty things to munch on at little huts on the beach even. It was time to pull out the lens and get the models posing and having fun. After that wind, sea, sand, surf, and shooting the locals loving Maracas Bay. The T7 Team got the feeling that any sunny weekend here is a Tropical vacation in itself, we love it.
